We are a husband-and-wife team, plus our daughter, based in Moreau, NY, between Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls.
We paired over a decade of engineering experience with the newest tools and launched Moreau Web Co. in 2026 to support local communities and businesses. We are outdoor enthusiasts who live, work, and raise our family here, and we named the company for the town we call home.
Being local is the point. You get face-to-face service and two people who answer the phone. We build every site by hand so it does exactly what you need, and we host it for you. You own everything, so if you ever decide to move on, we hand it over with instructions for running it yourself.

Managing Member
Liz is a licensed professional engineer who has built her career around public agencies. She is a project and client manager at a regional engineering firm, where she works with local municipalities on capital improvement programs and water and wastewater infrastructure. She has sat through the budget meetings, written the scopes, and answered to the boards. She runs every Moreau Web project from the first call through launch.
Technical Lead
Kyle is a software engineer with over a decade of experience building web applications, including for large public agencies. Every Moreau Web site is custom-built rather than assembled from templates, which is why they load fast, meet accessibility standards, and do things an off-the-shelf builder can't. He handles the development, the hosting, and the editing tools your team will use.
