We are a husband-and-wife team, plus our daughter, based in Moreau, NY, between Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls.
We paired over a decade of engineering experience with the newest tools and launched Moreau Web Co. in 2026 to support local communities and businesses. We are outdoor enthusiasts who live, work, and raise our family here, and we named the company for the town we call home.
Being local is the point. You get face-to-face service and a small team that answers the phone, not a ticket queue and not an out-of-state platform. We build every site by hand so it does exactly what you need, and we host it for you. You own everything, so if you ever decide to move on, we hand it over with instructions for running it yourself.

Owner
Liz is a licensed professional engineer who has spent her career consulting for public agencies. She knows how towns budget, how procurement works, and why public projects stall. She runs Moreau Web Co. and every project in it, from the first call through launch, and signs off on every site before it ships.
Co-owner and Technical Lead
Kyle has spent over a decade at consulting firms building complex web applications for public agencies. He handles the engineering: architecture, code, and the tooling that lets a two-person shop deliver custom work in weeks instead of months.
